Gbox or Mbox, both still work

This configuration includes two CS emulator: Gbox 2.25 and Mbox 0.4.0023 that supports Gbox and D-lines with the help NewCS 1.65 emulator with local HRT Viaccess 3.0 card.

Enclosed all the necessary files that need to put in the ftp client Receiver. Of course, modifies the data on M and D line, as well as a bit other private data and they are marked with "xxxxx".
